Supervision/ Clinical Consultation

Individual and group clinical supervision for therapists, from a radical healing framework. Consulting for clinicians and professionals in leadership roles.

I am grounded in social justice and hold an anti-oppression lens in our work - our efforts will be centered around lifting up the needs of all people, including those at the fringes of our society.

I am honored to learn about and support you and the awesome work you are doing.

As a supervisor/consultant…

  • I don’t pretend to have the right answers; I stay curious and ask meaningful questions.

  • I don’t believe in power as finite, and I aim to establish collaborative relationships where the playing field is leveled.

  • I am prepared to engage in difficult conversations and will invite us to lean into vulnerability when it’s necessary to move our work forward.

You don’t just want ‘a supervisor’- you want one who will help you grow.

Clinical supervision is key to your success as a practitioner. As a tenured Associate Professor at the University of Denver, I have trained countless masters and doctoral level clinicians for almost a decade. I have the expertise to help you grow in your work and the commitment to stay curious, listen actively, and lean into vulnerability with you.
